Please read these terms & conditions carefully as they regulate the relationship between you the member and Women Who Thrive. By accessing and using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound fully and unconditionally to these terms and conditions. Women Who Thrive reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without notification. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must stop using or accessing all platforms immediately.

Women Who Thrive and its subsidiaries (collectively, ‘WWT’, ‘we’ or ‘us’) provide a membership and subscription  service for residents and visitors offering a range of International and local webinars, forums, discounts and other activities that may be changed, included and removed at any time. WWT is easily accessible and compatible with both IOS and Android phones. The website, mobile application, and associate services are collectively referred to as “the services”.

The following terms are used throughout these terms and conditions and have the following meanings

Account: It means the account that the Users are required to register through the App and/or the Platform to use the Services including the required documents needed to complete the Account registration.

Agreement and Terms & Conditions: All terms and conditions and notices contained  or referenced in this document (as mentioned) and all other rules and regulations  available on all platforms (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, guidelines,  and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Platform).  

App / Application: Mobile application that displays all of WWT services and charges. 

Member: The service provided by WWT on a subscription basis.

PDP: Personal Data Protection, in accordance with the new UAE Federal Code of 2022. The use of Client Data adhering to, and within the  guidelines of the Protection of Personal Data under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of  2021 on the Protection of Personal Data Protection.  

Platform: means any online tool(s) provided, processed, and/or maintained by  WWT (including, but not limited to, through WWT’s App, website, all subpages,  and subdomains, all Content, Services, and products available at or through the  Platform located at www.womenwho-thrive.com or any other related domain offering access  to, or facilitating the provision of, the Services.  

Service: Means the online and/or offline services, provided by WWT. Exception to Service is any discount, offer or activity both online and offline that is provided by a third-party vendor within the WWT platforms. 

Social Media: Meaning any platforms inclusive of but not exclusive to, such as  Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp in which are used to promote, market, interact  with individuals, gain reviews and comments. WWT may use this method of  communication with vendors, potential vendors, members and the general public.

Vendor: The person(s) or company offering a service to WWT across any platform. 

UAE: United Arab Emirates.   

 

Women Who Thrive Membership Terms & Conditions 

Effective from 1st September 2025 

As part of our ongoing commitment to connection, growth, and well-being, we ask all members to review and agree to the following Terms & Conditions upon joining the Women Who Thrive community. 

 

  1. Membership Tiers & Fees
  • Effective 1st September 2025: 
  • Legacy Thrivers (existing members as of this date): AED 275/month 
  • New Members (joining on or after 1st September 2025): AED 325/month 
  • All memberships include: 
  • Access to 8 curated monthly events 
  • Full access to the member portal 
  • Access to the Women Who Thrive mobile app (launching soon) 

 

  1. Legacy Thrivers Policy
  • Members active before 1st September 2025 will be referred to as Legacy Thrivers. 
  • If a Legacy Thriver cancels their membership after this date and wishes to rejoin, they will rejoin at the membership rate at that time – not the legacy rate. 

 

  1. Membership Cancellation
  • Members must give a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice prior to their next billing date to cancel. 
  • Cancellations submitted with less notice will apply to the following billing cycle. 
  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to: 

info@women-whothrive.com. 

  1. Membership Pause
  • Members are entitled to pause their membership for up to 1 month per calendar year free of charge. 
  • Additional pause requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Women Who Thrive. 

 

  1. Membership Benefits
  • Membership grants access to all 8 monthly community events, each including: 
  • Event entry 
  • Workshop participation 
  • Networking components 
  • Certain events may include optional charges for food & beverages or supplementary activities, which will be clearly communicated in advance. 

 

  1. Access & Transfers
  • Membership is non-transferable and for the exclusive use of the named individual. 
  • Members may not share their login credentials, event links, or access privileges with others. 

 

  1. Member Conduct
  • Members are expected to treat all community members, partners, and facilitators with respect, kindness, and professionalism. 
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund, at the discretion of Women Who Thrive. 

 

  1. Refund Policy
  • All membership fees are non-refundable, including for: 
  • Missed events 
  • Partial months 
  • Cancellations outside the two-week notice period 

 

  1. Event Attendance
  • Due to limited capacity, advance RSVP is required to attend each event. 
  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restricted access to future events. 

 

  1. App & Portal Use
  • Members will receive access to the Women Who Thrive app and portal. 
  • Any misuse – including spam, inappropriate messaging, or unapproved promotions – may result in immediate removal from the platform and potential loss of membership. 

 

  1. Photography & Media Consent
  • By attending Women Who Thrive events, members acknowledge and agree that photography and videography may occur. 
  • These images and videos may be used for promotional, marketing, or community recap purposes. 
  • Members who do not wish to appear in media must inform the team in advance of the event. 

 

  1. Amendments & Price Review
  • Women Who Thrive reserves the right to update the membership structure, benefits, and pricing at any time. 
  • Membership fees are subject to annual increases in line with inflation and community growth. 

Governing Law: 

WWT are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates as applied by the Emirate of Dubai. 

You acknowledge that your use of our app and portal, its content, or services is at your sole risk and you assume full responsibility and risk of loss arising from your use of information or content obtained from a vendor or the services.
